Supply Chain Buyer Specialist

About the Role:

As a CBRE Supply Chain Buyer Specialist, the employee is responsible for providing support and assistance to users of MyBuy and Coupa Supplier Portal. The workload primarily involves handling various tasks such as supplier registration, issues purchase orders, purchase requisitions, invoices, and addressing any other Coupa-related or procurement queries in scope of team’s BAU activities. These tasks are managed through the ServiceNow ticketing system.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong passion for delivering exceptional service and be comfortable working in a dynamic, multitasking environment.

This job plays a crucial role in the Supply Chain Operations across EMEA region.

It is a full-time job with hybrid work model, where employee is required to work from office only once a week. Work hours can be chosen between 8:00-16:00 shift, or 9:00-17:00.

What You’ll Do:

  • Ensure correct maintenance of supplier data within the internal systems (ERP systems - iScala, PeopleSoft; and myBuy/Coupa portals)

  • Perform supplier outreach and follow-up per defined processes.

  • Track and provide updates on status of supplier enablement processes.

  • Helpdesk to MyBuy users via ticketing system ServiceNow - support with Purchase Order or Purchase Requisitions issues; high-level MyBuy navigation support; assistance with invoicing issues in cooperation with invoice processing teams; redirecting users to correct channels depending on the issue.

  • Helpdesk to suppliers using Coupa Supplier Portal across EMEA region - assist with registration on the portal; support with linking the suppliers to CBRE’s database; high-level navigation on the portal; troubleshooting issues occurred on supplier’s side with the portal.

  • Provide support to suppliers during and after onboarding including setup activities and training.

  • Organize meetings and calls with suppliers and internal stakeholders for enablement and catalogue management upon request.

  • Coordinate all communications related to supplier enablement and catalogue management.

  • Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and supplier training documentation.

  • Manage and assist with all business processes within scope and system escalations through the proper channels.

  • Provide additional support to the project team as requested.

What You’ll Need:

  • Required language: English (C1, C2)

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finances or related field from four-year College and/or University.

  • Minimum one year of experience and/or training in procurement/supply chain.

  • Skills / experience in MyBuy/Coupa P2P enablement is a plus.

  • Skills / experience in creating punchout catalogs and/or cXML integrations is a plus

  • Skills/experience in ServiceNow or any other similar ticketing systems is a plus

  • Experience with ERP systems is a plus, specifically iScala, PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, Dynamics AX.

  • Proficiency in various computer applications, MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), and others.

  • Ability to support EMEA working hours.

  • Ability to work productively within a large, complex organization with a myriad of legacy purchasing practices.
