The ideal candidate will perform various engineering duties including but not limited to:

  • Designing, constructing, and testing.

  • They apply advanced technical principles, theories, concepts, and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts.

  • They will conduct basic and applied research to evaluate the adaptability of materials and equipment.

  • Candidate must be comfortable ensuring ESS personnel are capable of fulfilling their roles while also managing program funding.

  • Candidates should be able to understand and create POA&M for all Combat Systems Architecture requirements, and assist in ensuring major program issues are identified, acted on, and adjudicated by the proper POC. May recommend improvements in testing equipment and techniques.

Required Experience:

  • High school degree, or a GED, and more than twenty (10) years of relevant engineering experience, OR

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and fifteen (3-5) years of relevant engineering experience

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
