Job Overview

The Administrative Program Assistant provides direct administrative, event and logistical support - 45% to the Vice Provost for Education; 45% to the Vice Provost for Faculty and Director of Faculty Affairs to help move the Provost’s initiatives forward on the main campus; and 10% as administrative support to the Office of the Provost as needed.

Work Interactions and Work Mode Designation

The Administrative Program Assistant reports to both the Vice Provost for Education and the Vice Provost for Faculty.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • High School diploma - preference for a Bachelor’s degree

  • 2 to 3 years of administrative assistance

  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workplace suite, and WordPress

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills

The expected pay range for this position is $21.16 per hour to $30.77 per hour.
