  • GMMB has a hybrid work schedule with at least two days in office presence.

  • This position is based in Washington, DC.

  • Salary range $50,000 - $60,000

  • This is a full-time, salaried and benefits eligible position to run through mid November 2024.

You are… a Billing Assistant who can:

  • Perform billing duties in a fast-paced environment including preparing, printing and sending bills

  • Receive and process purchase orders

  • Check and issue billing adjustments to clients

  • Manage, sort and organize invoices

  • Scan and index accounting documents, including purchase orders, vendor set-up forms, etc.

  • Maintain and manage daily logs of transactions in an organized manner

  • Proof materials for accuracy

  • Work well within a team

You have…

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Minimum of 1 year of billing, accounts payable or other relevant accounting experience preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Key attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask

  • Work in a fast-paced environment and ability to work under pressure.
