Amentum Finance Director in Washington, District Of Columbia
This position is contingent upon Customer approval, funding, and position availability.
Amentum is recruiting a Finance Director for the upcoming USAID-funded HIV/AIDS Procurement Services Agent (PSA) contract, valued at $3B, one of the Next Generation Global Health Supply Chain Suite of Programs. POSITION SUMMARY:
The Finance Director will provide the overall financial management for HIV PSA and serve as a primary point of contact with USAID Contracting Officer Representative (COR) team for financial matters, providing professional and timely client service.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as primary point of contact with USAID COR for financial matters, providing professional and timely client service.
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports and maintain and update status of obligated funds.
Maintain USAID-mandated financial trackers utilizing USAID-provided data and data from Amentum systems as appropriate.
Develop cost recovery rate at the direction of USAID. Monitor the cost recovery rate on a monthly basis. Maintain and track country specific cost recovery pools and provide periodic reports to USAID and JV leadership.
Prepare additional financial reports as required by USAID COR
Prepare and monitor core work plan budgets as required.
Provide data to support annual HIV PSA corporate budgets and monthly reforecasts.
Develop forecasts to provide Limitation of Funds and Cost notifications to USAID.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field/ Master’s degree preferred.
Fifteen (15) years of experience in finance or relevant job field.
Five (5+) or more years of experience supervising Finance staff personnel.
Five (5+) or more years of management experience.
Relevant experience with USAID-funded projects.
