Crown Consulting Inc. Financial Management Analyst in Washington, District Of Columbia

::: section Crown is seeking a Financial Management Analyst focused on the coordination, accounting, planning and administration functions. In this position, you will provide financial analysis support as a contractor to the FAA. The candidate will provide business management functions such as budgeting, financial analysis and planning and control of funding and allocation of funding. These functions include business process analysis to describe and create defined business and operations controls and processes. Work requires direct support to governmental officials.The position will be hybrid located at the FAA HQ in Washington, D.C.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate procurements from inception to receipt by the end-user
  • Investigate delays in procurements and coordinate resolutions
  • Track recurring procurements and initiate timely renewals
  • Provide support to perform monitoring of procurement requests (PRs) in PRISM
  • Contract monitoring of invoices
  • Track contract burn rates
  • Draft and coordinate required contract documentation to include Statements of Work (SOWs), Business Case Justifications, Single Source Justifications (SSJs), and Inter-agency Agreements (IAAs) with input from program managers and project leads including potential follow on research
  • Monitor inactive obligation and de-obligation of unused funds and submission of inactive obligations report
  • Process and manage Reimbursable Agreements (RAs) between the FAA and other Government Agencies to ensure that all monies are committed, obligated, and disbursed in compliance with Agreement terms :::

Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree in accounting, finance, or related field from accredited college or universityand5 years demonstrated experience in finance and acquisitions OR;
  • High School diplomaand13 years demonstrated experience in finance and acquisitions
  • Previous experience desired in one or more of the following: PRISM, DELPHI, SPIRE, FMS, BXM, US BANK
  • At least an intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and Word
  • Knowledge of AMS, FAR, Federal Appropriations Law, and project acquisition lifecycle
  • Must be able to pass a government background check and obtain a Public Trust :::
