Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Sales Executive (“Sales Executive)” will serve as an individual contributor and sales subject matter expert across the sales team. The Sales Executive will work with marketing and marketing technology leaders from top brands to identify Cella solutions that can address their business challenges and increase the effectiveness of their technology, investments and teams.
Cella offers onshore, offshore, and nearshore solutions inclusive of consulting, managed services and team-based solutions, temporary staffing, executive search, and platform services (design, implementation, and migration of marketing technologies with specific capabilities in Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Pardot, Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Workfront).
The Sales Executive will target specific personas within existing clients and high-potential prospects to open up new opportunities across digital marketing teams for Cella to create value by providing campaign operations, demand generation services, personalization, analytics and measurement, and creative development.
In this role you can expect to work closely with other sales team members, our consulting team, the marketing team and colleagues across Randstad Digital. The focus of this role is to acquire new customers and develop new buyers within existing clients. You will be solution selling, consulting, and partnering with multiple resources in those pursuits.

Responsible for qualifying, developing, and closing business across a set of target accounts and personas within North America
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by identifying potential areas of support and leading the sales process. Coordinate internal teams to deliver a clear and compelling value framework tailored to the client's needs.
Respond to RFPs and RFIs
Maintain a high level of outbound sales activity to schedule and conduct client meetings
Work closely with Strategic Account Partners and Account Managers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Document accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in CRM.
Utilize marketing automation tool (HubSpot) to facilitate outbound activity.
Manage the contracting and agreement process.
Develop relationships with clients such that you are able to gain an in-depth understanding of their business objectives, pain points, and priorities.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client challenges and present tailored digital marketing and martech solutions that address their specific requirements.
Drive growth by identifying and leading all areas of new, renewed, and expansion opportunities within assigned accounts.
Develop expertise in the products or services offered by Cella to provide tailored solutions to customer needs.
Effectively communicate with clients to gather requirements and provide updates.
Collaborate effectively and efficiently with internal teams.
Prepare and deliver reports on account status and performance.
Address client concerns and issues promptly and effectively.
Ensure client satisfaction through efficient problem-solving.
What you need to bring:
Over 5 years of experience in digital marketing or marketing technology sales, with a strong preference for offshore or nearshore sales expertise.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
7+ years in enterprise account management, client relations, or a similar role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to understand and analyze client needs.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives

Pay Rate: $163,200.00 - $114,570.00 Annually

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate’s total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
