Summary
All Native Group is seeking a Senior Contract Execution Advisor to provides strategic planning and operations leadership for critical enterprise level projects the Bureau of Medical Services (MED).
Essential Functions
Expert level guidance in the areas of technology integration, acquisition strategy, data management, process re-engineering and/or manpower planning.
Strategic support in the areas of policy/process analysis, stakeholder analysis, innovation strtegy, and organization strategy and design, and performance measurement.
Authoring of project plans, briefings and reports to support business operations and planning activities.
Development of business and technical requirements and related acquisition documents to include Statements of Work, Market Research, Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs)
Support of executive level presentations, briefings and demonstrations.
Oversight of project phases from project planning, acquisition, and deployment through to final completion
Management of projects elements to include risk, schedule, cost, and scope
Competencies
Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, writing, and analytical skills to effectively interact with program and contracting officials
Attention to detail, high standards of excellence and commitment to perform and successfully execute all activities

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands

Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time.
Occasionally moves about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

Frequently moves standard office equipment up to 25 pounds.
Must be able to work indoor conditions 90% of the time.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Evening and weekend hours required, as required by business need.
Travel
Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out of the area travel and overnight may be expected.
Experience
Possess extensive experience in project management, information technology solutions, and process re-engineering/quality control.
Experience architecting technical solutions to transform operational activities.
Strong project and task management skill.
Ability to manage team members to accomplish business objectives.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Distinguished presentation skillS.
Effective communication in explaining and understanding technical requirements/processes.
Education
Master’s Degree and 10 years of experience or a Bachelor’s Degree and 15 years of experience;

Certifications relevant to specific project tasking (i.e. Technical Certifications, Project Management Certifications, Process or Quality Management Certifications)
Security Clearance
A Secret clearance is required top secret preferred
