Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Table Maintenance Professional to join our team at Bolling AFB, D.C. to Provide budget support for CFO Compliance, AFO.

Senior Table Maintenance (Momentum):

Individual will be a key member of a team performing a DoD Agency data integrity and data analysis for the accounting/budgeting system (Momentum Financials®– core product). Position will work closely with the current Momentum Financials® table maintenance specialist to provide complex and detail financial data analysis, extract data for financial statement auditors and develop/execute quality data control procedures.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Perform technical assessments/acceptability of software

  • Represent customer on various technical review and inspection teams

  • Obtain, compile, and summarize information for use by others

  • Ownership of the problems and requests assigned, focus on managing and resolving issues

  • Working with database engineering to come up with strategic solutions to recurring problems

  • Analyze and recommend alternatives and options for solutions

  • Reconcile and evaluate the content, accuracy of table and any effect on General Ledger and subsidiary accounts

  • Reconciles and resolves Momentum Financials® data discrepancies

  • Analyzes and extracts data from the Momentum Financials database

  • Satisfies data requests for the CFO Compliance Audit Remediation team

  • Communicates technical issues to non-technical customers both orally and in writing

  • Demonstrates problem solving, conflict management, and team building skills in order to ensure a productive work environment and achievement of goals

  • Interact with the system users and identify solutions

  • Possess a high degree of originality, creativity, initiative requiring minimal supervision

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience

  • 4+ years performing functional analysis (6 + years in lieu of a degree)

  • 4+ years in troubleshooting and resolving database integrity issues

  • 2+ years’ experience with documenting processes and procedures

  • Experience with Momentum Financials®

  • Understanding and developing SQL queries for troubleshooting data integrity

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Special Access Programs (SAP)

  • Master's Degree in Business, Finance or Related Field.

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • Secret, JAFAN eligible

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%

  • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office equipment, etc

  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
