Job Title: Aircraft Mechanic
Job Description
We are seeking skilled A&P Mechanics to join our team at the Washington County Airport. As part of our team, you will handle maintenance, inspections, and AOG situations primarily for Learjet models. This role requires expertise in heavy maintenance on corporate jets and a commitment to high standards of safety and quality.
Responsibilities
Perform maintenance and inspections on corporate jets.
Handle AOG situations efficiently.
Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
Utilize own tools for various maintenance tasks.
Work overtime as required to meet operational needs.
Essential Skills
A&P License
3-5+ years of experience performing heavy maintenance on corporate jets (preferred: Falcon, Gulfstream, Learjet, Hondajet, Hawker, Cessna, Challenger, Legacy)
Experience with Learjet models preferred
Open to candidates with rotary wing A&P's, military experience with A&P's, and commercial experience
Proficiency in maintenance, inspection, and repair of aircraft
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with Falcon Jet, Gulfstream, Challenger, and other corporate jets
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team

Work Environment
You will work in a hangar environment and on the ramp for AOG situations. This role requires flexibility and the ability to perform under various conditions.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Washington, Pennsylvania.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $45.00
