DESCRIPTION OF WORK
As Clerical Supervisor 1, you will play a vital role in managing and training clerical staff to ensure the smooth operation of administrative tasks. This work includes issuing assignments, monitoring results, and processing computerized assistance benefits. Such a role requires strong organizational skills as accurate and efficient support of our income maintenance staff is essential to our organization. In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining office equipment and providing administrative support to the executive director.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment (37.5 hours per week) Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (negotiable), Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch. The work schedule may be negotiable. DHS CAO employees applying for a lateral transfer or reassignment to a different CAO or OIM worksite will be considered in accordance with the OIM worksite transfer policy, operations memo 05-09-05. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: One year as a Clerical Assistant 2; or
One year of moderately complex clerical experience; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.
