In partnership with internal colleagues, you will uncover, nurture, and help to acquire top-tier talent for GE HealthCare, facilitating a best-in-class hiring experience. You will research and qualify top talent for current and future roles, building diverse executive pipelines of talent. Job Description

Required Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with HR and Business Partners to facilitate executive talent research and pipeline strategies tied to talent imperatives with a lens toward applying global standards, operational excellence, high-touch candidate care, and strong business and HR partnerships.

  • Manage full life cycle searches for Executive level roles, globally, in pre-defined disciplines.

  • Activate a targeted and proactive outreach strategy, based on succession plans, building diverse talent networks to supplement GE HealthCare’s immediate and long-term talent priorities, at the executive level. Nurture relationships with talent and engage business leaders, as appropriate to ensure healthy and qualified pipelines.

  • Work with internal partners, including but not limited to Total Rewards, Executive Compensation, and People Operations throughout the hiring process to ensure global standards are applied with an exceptional candidate experience.

  • Be a trusted advisor to HR and Business Partners and a trusted colleague to your executive search and broader Talent Acquisition team members.

  • Use pre-defined global tools to facilitate the executive search process from research through hire.

  • Ad hoc projects as necessary.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in executive search. Experience can include research, passive talent sourcing, and just-in-time executive search.

  • Proven skills and experience assessing executive level talent.

  • Proven skills and experience with executive level offer negotiation and development.

  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and influencing skills required.

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills with a collaborative, winning-together mindset.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $116,480.00-$174,720.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). GE HealthCare offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
