Job Details (Portfolio Manager)
Analyzing credit of the Bank's overall commercial lending portfolio
Monitoring portfolio to identify risk
Maintaining knowledge of commercial loan products and services
Working with the Credit team to collect information for underwriting purposes
Drafting proposals and closing loans as needed
Monitoring past dues and deficit balances
Processing draw requests and disbursing funds as needed
Adhering to policies and procedures
Interacting directly with the Bank's clients and service providers
Job Details (Business Banker)
Overseeing credit administration at the market level
Building and maintaining a commercial loan portfolio
Originating and managing commercial deposit relationships, including working with our Treasury Management area
Reviewing financial statements and monitoring activities
Identifying and communicating market opportunities for expansion of services
Identifying client needs and suggesting appropriate products/services
Educating the team on economic trends and best practices
Representing the Bank in community activities
Adhering to policies and procedures

Requirements
5 years of experience in the commercial lending space
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
Desire to grow into a Business Banker, if hired as a Portfolio Manager
