We have an opening for a FSET Supervisor for our NorthCentral FoodShare Employment & Training (FSET) Region, with a home office based in Wausau, WI. FSET is a free and volunteer program for recipients of FoodShare who are age 16 or older, designed to help customers discover and achieve their employment goals. CW Solutions partners with Wood County Human Services Department to operate the FSET program in the nine-county NorthCentral region. The FSET Supervisor is a member of the NorthCentral FSET Leadership Team and the CW Solutions leadership team. This position supervises eight (8) FSET Case Managers in Forest, Langlade, Lincoln, Marathon, Oneida, and Vilas counties and the Program Support Specialist (1) in the Wausau office. This position also provides back-up supervision for other FSET and CW Solutions Leadership Team members.
