The Product Operations team, also known as prod ops, plays a crucial role in supporting product managers and ensuring the overall function and enablement of those teams is highly efficient. The Product Operations Team exists to promote collaboration, foster communication, create and implement process in order to support the broader Digital Enablement Team. In essence, product operations acts as the backbone of product-led growth, enabling product teams to scale consistently and achieve success.

As part of that team, we are looking for a Product Trainer to oversee design, delivery, and evaluation of training and development programs for Digital Enablement. Essential Functions:

  • Developing and implementing learning strategies and programs that align with Digital Enablement’s goals and objectives

  • Assessing the current and future skills and knowledge needs of our organization and creating learning plans to address them

  • Managing the learning management system (LMS) and ensuring its effective use and maintenance

  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to identify, develop, and deliver relevant and engaging learning solutions

  • Evaluating the impact and effectiveness of learning initiatives and reporting on key metrics and outcomes

  • Managing the learning and development budget and ensuring optimal allocation of resources

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in education, human resources, psychology, or a related field; a master's degree or a certification in learning and development is preferred

  • At least 5-7 years of experience in learning and development

  • Proven expertise in designing, delivering, and evaluating various learning methods and modalities, such as e-learning, instructor-led training, coaching, mentoring, etc.

  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and learning evaluation models and tools

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences

  • Exceptional project management, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • A strategic and innovative mindset, with the ability to anticipate and respond to changing learning needs and trends

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $116,400.00 - $198,100.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
