Key responsibilities

• Ability to effectively prioritize and organize a substantial amount of work

• Support attorney through all stages of project work

• Data base management of all relevant documents

• Research and analyze intricate legal documents Requirements - Capability to own projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing

• Attention to detail and accuracy, confidentiality

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset

• Legal Pleadings experience

• Draft Pleadings experience

• Expertise in Discovery Requests

• E-discovery experience

• Civil Litigation Experience experience

• Strong know-how of spreadsheets and word processing is desired
