As a member of the Corporate Finance team, the Treasury Analyst reports to the Global Cash Manager. This role will focus on bank account management, reporting, analytics, and systems in the ASM Global organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Support ASM bank accounts redesign and moving to a single-bank platform.

  • Implement “KYC” processes and ensure efficient bank account management.

  • Assist with bank accounts administration, including paperwork, approval processing, etc.

  • Participate in ERP system banking module set up, including new cash management product implementation in the ERP and related testing.

  • Help coordinate new cash pooling infrastructure(s).

  • Provide central support for ad-hoc treasury needs from various departments.

  • Responsible to cash flow reporting, managing accurate forecasting periodically.

  • Coordinate with accounts payable, account receivable, and account reconciliation functions for efficient cash management.

  • Proactively support legal, tax, and procurement teams in timely cross functional efforts.

  • Responsibility for tracking intercompany loan portfolio activity.

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting (or equivalent experience)

  • At least 1-2 years relative experiences of treasury background

  • Strong financial analysis skills including database query design, system reports development.

Skills and Abilities

  • Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, working proactively and independently in a results- driven environment

  • Advanced communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to identify and manage priorities

  • Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment.
