We currently have a long-term contract / temporary opening for an intelligent, highly-skilled Receptionist in a growing company. How you will make an impact

• Help out other administrative staff with support overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks

• Look after various office files and provide general office filing support

• Welcoming visitors

• Handle and route all incoming phone calls

• Order office and kitchen supplies

• Structure, filter, and hand out incoming mail according to specified procedures

• Employ strong prioritization skills and a sense of urgency

Requirements

• 1 or more years of experience as a receptionist or related role

• Highly organized and self-motivated

• Customer service and office administrative skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills
