Robert Half Management Resources is currently looking for an experienced Sr. Recruiter to support a contract engagement with a manufacturing client in West Jefferson, OH. The Sr. Recruiter will work with the client to recruit for several different plant leadership roles to include: Plant Manager, Plant Supervisor, Plant Controller, Safety Manager, Production Supervisor, etc. The Sr. Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting for these positions including, sourcing, applicant tracking, scheduling, conducting interviews, and onboarding. This role will be based 100% onsite at the client's facility in West Jefferson, OH.

Requirements

-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience

-Experience recruiting for leadership and managerial roles

-Strong teaming and communication skills

-Good organizational skills - familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems, such as ICIMs

-Experience conducting interviews and phone screens
