Key Responsibilities- Lead the integration of business systems and information technology software to improve organizational processes.UKG… Working with Administrative teams (HR, Recruiting, Payroll and UKG development teams to maximize application performance, utilization efficiency and reduce duplicate systems i.e. google drive, and outside of platform processes ie PSFs.Google SuiteRethinkMS OfficeVonage           -Evaluate existing workflows and systems, including the organization’s HRIS system, identifying areas for improvement and recommending technology-driven solutions.- Develop and implement strategies to transition the organization to a fully digital and highly efficient model.- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless adoption of new technologies.- Provide training and support to staff to maximize the effectiveness of new systems and processes.- Monitor and assess the impact of technology implementations on overall organizational efficiency.- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to behavioral health services.- Ensure that all technology initiatives comply with relevant regulations and standards.- Travel Required up to 40-60% of the time.Degree and Experience Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is required.- A Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business systems software implementation, process evaluation, and improvement.- Proven track record of leading technology integration projects, preferably in a healthcare or behavioral health setting.- Strong understanding of digital transformation, process automation, and data management.
