Adecco US, Inc. Account Payable Data Entry Clerk in West Palm Beach, Florida
Adecco is assisting a local financial institution recruiting for an Account Payable / Data Entry Clerk located in West Palm Beach, FL. These is a 3 to 4 month contract. Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below!
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Process all types of Accounts Payable invoices using an internal system (training will be provided), coding and reviewing non-documents invoices.
Assist with the daily Accounts Payable mail and the filing of unpaid Accounts Payable vouchers.
Assist with projects and other tasks as required.
Expected Areas of Competence: (i.e. KSAs)
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Detail oriented - matching & identifying discrepancies
Understanding of established general accounting policies & procedures
Strong communication interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with employees at all levels in the organization.
General understanding of accounting principles.
Computer skills:
Data Entry and database management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Education/ Experience Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Associates degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
1 plus years experience in administrative processing, preferably in an Accounting function and Data Entry related to accounting.

Pay Details: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
