Under the general direction of the Executive Director of IT, the Enterprise Infrastructure Manager’s role is to plan, organize, and manage technical staff and overall technology operations to ensure the stable and efficient functioning of the hospital’s IT infrastructure. This includes developing, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing key functional areas, particularly network infrastructure, server infrastructure, voice and data communications, and database administration. The Enterprise Infrastructure Manager will also be responsible for the direct supervision of the Help Desk process and all help desk operations staff. As part of the overall responsibility, the Enterprise Infrastructure Manager consults and coordinates with 3rdparty technical support organizations as necessary to deliver on infrastructure support activities. This role participates in short and long-term infrastructure planning, will be accountable for the delivery of multiple projects at a time, and manages a team of 5+ technical team members. Bachelor's degree, ideally in computer systems design or computer science (or equivalent work experience)
