MDS Coordinator * *Registered Nurse - * Health Advocates Network is urgently hiring MDS Coordinator *RNs with at least 2 years of recent acute care experience! IMMEDIATE STARTS!

• Travel packages up to $2,868 weekly

• 8 hour Day shifts available

• 12 week contracts available

• Specialty: MDS CoordinatorRegistered Nurse (RN)

  Requirements:

• Active IA * State *or Compact Registered Nurse License

• Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing

• Must be certified through AANAC as a Resident Assessment Coordinator (RAC-CT) within 6 months

• Knowledge of the RAI/ MDS process

• Must have LTC MDS coordinator experience

• BLS

• Additional certifications may be required
