We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Business/Sales Analyst in the service industry, located in the Westfield, New Jersey area. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes and data, providing insights to drive business decisions, and assisting in the automation and optimization of business operations. This role involves a high level of interaction with various departments and requires a strong understanding of business analysis principles and practices.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize various tools such as SAP B1, Power BI, and SQL to extract, analyze, and visualize data from multiple sources.

• Develop and maintain queries to extract and analyze data from various sources.

• Collaborate with department leaders to understand their Key Performance Indicator (KPI) needs and develop corresponding reports.

• Conduct sales and marketing analysis to inform business decisions and strategies.

• Assist in the automation of various system processes to improve efficiency.

• Establish reporting mechanisms for KPIs to facilitate performance tracking and management.

• Contribute to the cleanup and consolidation of business processes and systems for improved efficiency.

• Utilize skills in Atlassian Jira, Database, EO/IR systems, Gap Analysis, Informatica, AB Testing, Agile Scrum, Business Process Functions, and Business Requirement Document Design.

• Handle responsibilities related to various regions over time, demonstrating adaptability and a global business understanding.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.

• 5 years of experience in similar field.

• Computer skills and proficiency in SAP B1, SQL Language, Crystal Reports, Power BI, Excel, and query generation.

• Utilizing Google Sheets, Vlookup, and Pivot Tables.

• Power BI or Tableau preferred.
