This position will focus on epanding automation capabilities for Wells Fargo's Service Desk supporting internal employees. This is an exciting opportunity to solve business impacting issues, with bleeding edge technology solutions.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead complex initiatives to provide technological solutions with broad impact for cross functional businesses and technology teams

  • Act as a key participant in providing strategic business solutions to companywide technology initiatives

  • Evaluate highly complex business problems and provide subject matter knowledge proficiency for technology initiatives

  • Define and lead detailed research on business and technology requests to develop efficient and accurate functional requirements

  • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of domain and technology applications, and which influence companywide technology solutions

  • Lead project or systems documentation, and monitor and manage project schedules and deliverables

  • Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to provide comprehensive technological solutions for complex business problems

  • Ensure communication and information flow between business and technology teams

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience managing large continuous improvement initiatives for Enterprise IT Service Desk and Field Services

  • Ability to handle all aspect of continuous improvement program from Intake, Discovery, Acceptance, Prioritization, baselining, execution, OKR/KPI metrics and closure

  • Excellent communication skill to articulate to key stakeholders and set expectations

  • Capable of setting right expectations with team and with stakeholders/Product owners

  • Should be aware and establish continuous improvement idea intake process and Operational sustenance process.

  • Hands on experience in handling large continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Experience in requirement gathering, driving continuous improvement initiatives

  • Extensive experience in Preparing presentations materials, MS office suite, Excel, Visio workflows

  • Excellent technical skills, specifically in the End user computing space, ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence

  • Extensive experience in Product taxonomy, Agile methodologies, ways of working- gathering requirements, stories writing, Jira intake management.

  • Experience with end-user monitoring software like Aternity or Nexthink

  • ITIL Foundation Certified

  • Cloud Foundation certified
