Full-time Position: 36 hours per week, night shift

Role Overview: As a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Psych Unit, you will:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
Utilize technology, therapeutic interventions, and evidence-based practices.
Coordinate care with other health team members to ensure the highest quality of care.
Recognize and address both psychological and physical needs of patients.
Develop and manage individualized treatment plans.
Oversee care delivered by LPNs and/or CNAs, ensuring compliance with evaluation, treatment, and documentation guidelines.
Minimum Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing is required. (A Registered Nurse with an ASN/ADN degree must complete a BSN degree within four (4) years from the Registered Nurse's date of hire unless the Registered Nurse has a minimum of fifteen (15) years of proven continuous Registered Nurse experience in an acute care setting. Failure to obtain a BSN degree within that time frame may result in suspension or termination of employment. Current license as a Registered Nurse.
Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS-HCP) certification upon hire or obtained within 60 days of hire with prior approval. (ACLS/NRP/PALS as appropriate for unit or service.)
Preferred Qualifications:
At least one year of nursing experience in a comparable setting.
