Job Summary:

To manage daily operations of Product Sales and Services locations and maintain a strong cohesive team to ensure an “experience of a lifetime” for all guests. The Product Sales and Services Manager works closely with the Senior Manager of Product Sales on long-term planning and execution of business objectives including Safety, Guest & Employee Experience, and Financials. This is achieved through focus on quality control, training and staff performance development, teamwork, communication, guest relations, administrative duties and self-development. Responsible for hiring of all Product Sales and Services staff from front line to assistant manager.

  • Expected Pay Range: $57,200 - $70,000 + annual bonus

  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time, Year Round

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create a fun and enjoyable work environment by elevating the employee experience.

  • · Foster a culture of service excellence in all PSS locations with the goal of providing an experience of a lifetime for our guests.

  • · Oversee ticket and pass sales teams and monitor quality of sales to ensure accuracy of information provided and that appropriate products are suggested and sold.

  • · Oversee Ski and Ride School and Bike School sales teams and monitor quality of sales to ensure accuracy of information provided and that appropriate products are suggested and sold.

  • · Work collaboratively with the resort leadership team to continuously streamline and improve the guest journey through the purchase process for various summer and winter activities.

  • · Understand PSS key performance indicators, report on performance, and help to build and execute on the seasonal strategy to meet and exceed targets.

  • · Work with guests and staff to resolve issues and provide service recovery for both PSS products as well as a wide range of other WB products and services.

  • · Develop staff training programs.

  • · Responsible for onboarding, training and coaching of PSS frontline, supervisor, and ASM teams.

  • · Foster a culture of professional development within PSS.

  • · Complete mid-season and end-of-season performance appraisals for direct reports.

  • · Manage payroll and scheduling of staff in locations to meet key metrics.

  • · Assist in preparing annual fiscal and capital budgets with Senior Manager.

  • · Build a culture of staff safety through training, coaching and monitoring.

  • · Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

  • High school education or equivalent

  • Minimum of 4 years guest relations experience

  • Minimum of 2 years supervisory/management experience

  • Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English language proficiently

  • Able to lift and carry 30 lbs

  • Able to work in all weather conditions including winter snow and summer sunshine

  • Able to stand for long periods of time.

  • Strong Computer Skills: Coupa, MS Word, Excel, PeopleSoft, email, etc.
