TAD PGS, Inc. Administrative Assistant in Wichita, Kansas

We have an outstanding Contract to Hire position for an Administrative Assistant to join a leading Company located in theWichita, KS surrounding area.

Responsible for administrative support in general HR/Credentialing responsibilities and duties. The administrative assistant is responsible for assigned tasks that are diverse and complex in nature. Is the first contact for applicants, and departmental personnel, both in person and on the phone. Effective communication skills are required due to level of contact with all levels of the organization. Assistant accepts direction from the Executive Director, Director of Human Resources, Director of Finance, and Billing Manager in the daily operation of the administrative office. Must have the ability to prioritize projects and tasks daily and demonstrate customer service focused behaviors.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate interviews for HR

  • Create New Hire packets for staff

  • Create New Hire packets for faculty physicians

  • Run and send out monthly reports (birthday, anniversary, new employees etc.)

  • Update employee phone lists

  • Keep HR spreadsheets up to date

  • Back up to Office Coordinator position - sort mail, answering phones, taking messages, filing

  • Reliable Attendance and Punctuality

  • Other duties as assigned

  • Provider CME entries

  • Roster Updates and Attestation with Insurances

  • CAQH Review & Attestations

  • Requests for Verifications

  • Coding enrollment forms

  • Expirable documents - KS DL/KS provider Licenses/DEAs/Certificates/etc.

    Basic Hiring Criteria:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required, some college preferred

  • One year to two years related experience

  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, emphasis on Word, Excel and Power Point

  • High organizational skills with the ability to prioritize

  • High interpersonal skills including demonstrated ability to relate will with others in the execution of duties and the ability to communicate effectively

  • Team player, self-starter, and ability to accept direction from multiple managers

  • Minimum one year experience in financial, purchasing, and timekeeping functions

  • Experience in a healthcare setting preferred

  • Good track record for implementing activities and bringing them to closure
