City Wide Facility Solutions After Hours Facility Manager - 2nd Shift in Wichita, Kansas

City Wide is looking for a dynamic and driven individual to take charge of our evening operations! The 2nd Shift Account Manager is responsible for the quality control of general business operations, increasing client satisfaction, and working productively with Independent Contractors (IC). We need someone who can manage multiple accounts and ensure that all tasks are completed to the highest standards. As the person in charge, you will have the freedom to develop your own route and make decisions on how to best allocate resources. You will be responsible for ensuring that all team members are following company policies and procedures, and that all work is completed to a high standard.

The ideal candidate for this role will have strong organizational and leadership skills, as well as experience in managing teams and working independently. They should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to think on their feet to solve problems as they arise.

  • Overseeing the completion of tasks across multiple accounts

  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness

  • Managing a team of workers and ensuring that they are following company policies and procedures

  • Review scope of work and ensure quality assurance per account to retain existing business and gain new business.

  • Communicate with Facility Services Manager daily for any issues that need immediate attention, including the nightly recap via email or phone message.

  • Manage inspections, customer complaints, customer requests, new client starts, or VIP treatment needing attention.

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders

  • Identifying and resolving issues as they arise

Requirements

  • High school diploma required or equivalent experience in commercial janitorial services industry.

  • Three years of prior experience in management; coaching, motivating, developing, and leading a team in multi-unit or locations.

  • Strong planning, organization skills, and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Must be innovative and strive for continuous process improvement.

  • MS Office, Internet skills required
