Working Student Marketing, ADC, Germany

Background

This position works out of our location in the Frankfurt area (Abbott GmbH) within the German Affiliate in the Abbott Diabetes Care Division and reports into the Marketing Heads (patient/HCP/digital), Germany. Abbott Diabetes Care is focused on helping People manage their diabetes via life-changing products and services which provide accurate support to drive better-informed decisions.

As a working student in ADC Marketing, you are responsible to support the Marketing team in their daily business, including adaptation of marketing materials for patients and HCPs, driving the digital and CRM customer journey as well as planning and executing patient / HCP congresses.

Objective & Accountabilities of Position

Supporting the marketing team in various tasks and projects:

  • Prepare, implement, and release materials for the target group of consumers and health care professionals (HCPs).

  • Preparation, implementation, and approval of materials in the field of communication (media, digital, CRM)

  • Adaptation of international and global materials (translation and adaptation to the requirements of the German market, approval, implementation, etc.)

  • Creation and revision of presentations for internal and external use

  • Close cooperation with external agencies and suppliers

  • Support in the organization and preparation of external events and congresses

  • Support in day-to-day business

Education & Background

  • Studies: Economics, Health Economics, Communication Sciences or a comparable field of study, preferably with a focus on marketing and/or organization

  • Experience: Initial practical experience, e.g., through an internship or working student activities, is ideally already available

  • Independent, reliable, pro-active way of working with the ability to take on demanding tasks independently and responsibly.

  • Solution-oriented and innovative mindset.

  • Strong collaboration skills, pro-active, good networker

  • Excellent MS Office and PowerPoint skills

  • Fluent in German and strong English skills
