[[The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing office management, administrative and clerical support for company's staff conducting the goals of the organization. The Administrative Assistant ensures day-to-day administrative functions are completed in a timely manner.

[[**[ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: [[Coordinates meetings chaired by the Chief of Operations to include arranging meeting space, date/time, creating and distributing notices, tracking attendance responses, and ordering refreshments, etc.Answers phone and email with timely and professional responses.Manages calendars to include creating Tasks. Schedules and reschedules appointments as necessary.Develops and maintains various spreadsheets. Makes travel arrangements and develops itineraries.Prepares travel reimbursement form monthly. Organizes electronic and paper files in complete order. Coordinates special projects and assignments. Completes conference registrations as needed.Prepares financial requisitions in accordance with policy.Prepares agenda's and takes minutes for meetings. Prepares meeting files prior to meetings. Manages requests from staff and outside agencies.

[**[QUALIFICATIONS: [[Education and Experience: [Previous secretarial or administrative experience in a professional office setting or an associate degree in office management. [[Licenses and Certifications: [Ability to clear a Level II Background Screen required by Florida Statute and DCF. Possess a valid Florida driver's license and be insurable by the agency's current insurance carrier.
