Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, English, Communications, Journalism, or related field

  • 2 years of relevant experience

  • Experience in digital marketing, content creation and communication management

  • Excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail

  • Ability to collaborate across the team and larger organization

  • Passion for working in a startup environment and taking charge with little direction

  • Experience writing across multiple channels, including ad copy, technical writing, sales collateral, email marketing, social media, thought leadership or blogs

  • Strong project management skills; ability to juggle multiple projects and shifting priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3 years of relevant experience

  • Experience with social media management

  • Proven experience developing content that provokes engagement

  • Ability to analyze and understand target audiences and create personas

  • Knowledge of content management systems

  • Knowledge of SalesForce, HTML, keywords, basic SEO, tagging, and linking content

Job Summary:

As a Marketing Communications & Content Manager, you'll be responsible for developing, executing and testing marketing communication plans for a defined audience. You'll own the content marketing initiatives, establishing the voice of the company through cohesive content strategies and campaigns. This role involves crafting and distributing content across various channels to increase website traffic, build brand awareness and drive sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the voice of the company, creating on-brand content with minimal supervision

  • Design and implement cohesive content marketing strategies/campaigns that tie in blogs, videos, emails, print materials, white papers, surveys, etc. to help achieve business goals

  • Set the vision for content strategy and develop an editorial calendar

  • Drive cross-team collaboration and ensure timely content delivery

  • Develop a diverse content portfolio

  • Help our partners tell their stories to help with building our partner success program

  • Support the revamping of materials to align with the brand

  • Consult with stakeholders on the best channels for campaign messaging. Optimize automated marketing communications

  • Measure the results of marketing activity to inform future marketing campaigns - email clicks, blog traffic, social media engagement, etc.

  • Incorporate learnings into future communications

  • Conduct persona research and development

  • Bring new ideas and best practices to continuously improve content
