Experis is partnered with a US based bank holding organization headquartered in Charlotte, NC to support their personnel needs. We frequently search for savvy and experienced Administrative Support Benefits Specialist to join their teams across multiple locations in the Carolinas.
Job Title: Administrative Support Benefits Specialist
Location: Winston Salem
Pay Range: $20/hr
Experis is partnered with a US based bank holding organization in their search for a Benefits Document Administrator to join their team in Winston Salem, NC. This opportunity requires working a hybrid schedule with 3 days a week onsite.
Candidates must have solid experience working with Workday, Salesforce, Adobe or Amazon Connect and be proficient with the MS Office Suite of tools, specifically Outlook and Excel.
Strong communication and organizational skills are critical as the Benefits Document Administrator will be responsible for managing large amounts of benefits records received via email or Webforms and routing them to the appropriate agents and/or departments.
While this predominantly a process and document administration role, and not a typical Call Center position, fielding calls may be required from time to time.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Supporting Tier I team
Responding to emails
Light keying in Workday or other pitching systems
Managing document flow, uploading into Salesforce and routing to correct agent/department
Making address changes, combining and editing documents, adding and dropping coverage as needed
Fielding and responding to incoming calls may be required
Skills/Experience:
Benefits/HR documents background, specifically in healthcare, pension/retirement or 401k
Exceptional customer service, time management and task management skills
Experience in an insurance call center environment managing documents with some general benefit experience/knowledge
Background/understanding of benefits is highly preferred
Prior experience in computer tech systems such as Workday, Salesforce, Adobe or Amazon connect
Prior Insurance Call center Experience
