Our client in the property management industry is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting an apartment complex located in Winter Park, FL.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Winter Park, FL

Pay Range: $18 per hour

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Prior experience in general property * HVAC maintenance and grounds keeping.

  • Speak and read English
