Job Description:

About the Role:

The Quality Supervisor role at Womelsdorf is responsible for supporting the Quality Department and daily execution of relevant quality processes and procedures. Coordinates with production in the monitoring of all phases of production. Maintains close report with production, maintenance, and Warehouse to identify, solve and prevent problems affecting quality. Supports product quality surveillance of manufacturing areas including Preventive Control monitoring.

Ensures the safety, quality, and regulation of all products produced. Responsible for inspections of processes, employee training, compliance with applicable food laws and regulations. Identifies best practices and provides guidance and adherence to quality policies/procedures.

You will add value to this role by performing various functions including but not limited to:

• Providing Leadership, direction, and training for all quality technicians

• Recording and documenting according to procedures, assuring accurate and complete documentation for current audit requirements

• Communicating with other departments to provide feedback on improvements and recommendations

• Being a support for the Quality Manager

Important Details: This is a full-time permanent role with direct reports on 1st and 3rd shift. Some weekend work is required. Bi-Lingual in Spanish, chocolate experience, SAP experience is preferred.
