Description We are providing a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst II in Woodbridge, New Jersey. The job function primarily revolves around offering technical assistance related to computer hardware and software, maintaining software libraries, and managing service logs. As part of our team, you will also be responsible for hardware and software repairs, troubleshooting, and upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to staff on various computer hardware and software issues

• Maintain and monitor software libraries and service logs to ensure all repairs and upgrades to hardware and software are properly documented

• Repair computer hardware and troubleshoot hardware/software issues to provide solutions and maintain smooth operations

• Install new computer hardware/software and integrate it into existing networks to facilitate system upgrades and expansions

• Maintain existing Local Area Networks (LANs) and Wide Area Networks (WAN)

• Manage Email and Internet connections to ensure consistent and uninterrupted communication channels

• Repair nonpublic hardware at remote locations to ensure system functionality and performance

• Organize and monitor inventory of hardware, spare parts, software, and supporting documentation to maintain adequate supplies and keep records up to date. Requirements • Must hold a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or related field.

• Proficiency in Android Development is required.

• Knowledge and experience with Cisco Technologies is essential.

• Familiarity with Citrix Technologies is a must.

• Comfortable working with Mac Computers.

• Proficient in Microsoft software and tools.

• Experience in Active Directory management is necessary.

• Proficiency in handling Apple Devices.

• Understanding of Computer Hardware.

• Knowledge of Configuration Management.

• Experience with Deployments is required.

• Familiarity with Chromebook and Google Apps, including Google Docs.

• Able to legally work in the country of employment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with others.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• High level of customer service skills.
