The Water Senior Project Engineer / Project Manager will work closely with project team members to manage and execute a variety of projects. This individual will be responsible for planning, design, coordination, and execution of projects as well as project and client management. Responsibilities * Provide professional services for civil engineering projects to include design, plans, specifications, reports, project budgets, scope of work, permits, contracts, schedules, estimates, and coordination of sub-consultants and contractors. * Conduct feasibility studies for the construction of facilities, such as water supply and distribution systems, and water treatment plants. * Lead specific tasks of large projects or manage smaller projects and manage and mentor performance of assigned project team members including other Project Engineers, Engineers in Training, and Engineering Technicians. * Work within multi-discipline projects that include civil, electrical, and architectural to coordinate, facilitate, and attend internal and external meetings. * Provide quality control and quality assurance on all project work. * Assist in maintaining budgets and schedules of project assignments and in maintaining quality client relationships and communication. * Assist the Water Practice Leader in identifying, evaluating, pursuing, and managing project opportunities. * Maintain existing client relationships and assist with pursuing relationships with new clients.
