The pay rate for this job is $27 - $32 / hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Metal and wood framing and roof truss components

• Cutting materials using different tools without errors

• Reading and understanding blueprints and drawings

• Placing and securing wood during the building process Being confident in framing, measuring, trim work, and finishing work

Qualifications & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in residential or commercial carpentry preferred

• Basic math skills - addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division on the fly

• Able to repeatedly lift 50 pounds in order to load and unload wood and other materials.

• Have reliable transportation to and from job sites

• Own basic hand tools and cordless drill
