Position Summary

As the Senior Financial Analyst, you will support the Financial Management & Planning team in financial tracking and reporting. You will work closely with numerous business teams and partners to manage coupon metrics and reporting. Candidate must be advanced in excel formulas and functions to create and manipulate data. You will be a key player in providing on-time and accurate reporting to leadership. This role will report to the Director, Financial Management & Planning.The primary responsibilities of the Senior Financial Analyst role include:• Ownership of weekly and monthly reporting of coupon redemptions with variance analysis utilizing Snowflake SQL

• Key contact for our internal dashboard; includes weekly validation, business owner support, seeker of innovation and enhancements to support evolving business needs

• Build strong relationships with business partners to understand future markdown commitments and trends, consolidate budgeting and forecasting to review with managers• Manage monthly accounting reconciliations and accrual validations for key programs

• Provide additional ad hoc project support and deliverables for growth initiatives

• Support expense and funding team as needed (query management, reporting, variance analysis)Our ideal candidate will also have the following skillset:• Ability to multi-task several concurrent requests with a sense of urgency

• Ability to synthesize data into summaries and leadership reports and slides• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Exceptional attention to detail coupled with the ability to mitigate potential issues before they happen• Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and project management skillsRequired Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a financial role• 3+ years of Microsoft Office experience, specifically Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel, including SUMIF(S), COUNTIF(S), and VLOOKUP

• Ability to work out of Woonsocket, RI office three times per weekPreferred Qualifications

• Experience accumulating, organizing, analyzing, and reporting relevant financial data to leadership

• Experience with Peoplesoft, SAP, Snowflake, Tableau, Teradata

• Working knowledge of accounting and finance principlesEducation

Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Accounting, Mathematics, or Finance or equivalent experience is required

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,700.00 - $107,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
