Description

As a Customer Service Assistant for our ProAmpac Customer Service team, you will assist the Customer Services team with data entry, electronic file systems, administrative tasks and other duties as assigned. This role works Monday-Friday from 7:30am-3:30pm or 8am-4pm.

Essential Duties and Tasks

  • Manage electronic files related to sales transactions, ensuring documents are correctly filed and easily accessible for reference.

  • Completing accurate entry of transaction data, including customer details, product information, and transaction values, ensuring comprehensive and accurate records.

  • Assist in the maintenance of customer databases, updating records as necessary to reflect up-o-date customer information and transaction histories.

  • Conduct routine reviews of data entered to ensuring adherence to data entry standards and practices, ensuring compliance with legal and internal policies.

  • Assist with special projects or initiatives related to data management, reporting, or system reviews/enhancements.

  • Gather and provide requested data between systems or platforms, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.

  • Maintain confidentiality of customer and internal information.

  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications, Education and Experience

  • HS/GED required;

  • No experience required experience in a related field required.

  • This position has no leadership duties.

  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Visio, Outlook Email, and calendar.
