Jabra China is currently on a look out for AMS Associate Program Manager to join Aftermarket Services in Xiamen, China.

The primary responsibility for the position is managing and facilitating projects within APAC AMS; coordinating the Global AMS forecast for swaps tock of FTB & LTB; being the Global AMS super user for the forecasting system and drive continuous development of forecasting process and system; driving and managing the online returns system Jabra ServiceNet China and drive continuous development of forecasting process and system; analyzing projects for subsequent improvement; participate in Global AMS projects and support APAC AMS management.

You will get your hand on the following exciting tasks:

· To be responsible for Jabra ServiceNet China in terms of driving enhancements, coordinating with internal & external stakeholders as well as working with relevant vendor to further develop the platform to secure optimal daily operation

· To coordinate the Global AMS forecast for swapstock related to fFirst-Time-Buy (FTB) and Last-TIme-Buy (LTB) and follow up on new product development progress and EOL to ensure the purchases are made on time

· To be the Super user of the forecasting system Rapid Response (RR) on behalf of AMS globally and coordinate with IT and Global AMS team for fixing system issues and continuous development of the system, solution and processes for AMS forecasting

· To analyse projects status and results for lesson learned as well as improvements moving forward

· To manage and drive new projects required within repair handling and warranty service, as well as other relevant operations areas

· To collaborate with Program Manager(s) and cross functional teams to ensure proper execution of program

· To take active part in global AMS projects when such requires

· Support APAC AMS management with ad hoc tasks when such required

A strong Jabra service person, we imagine the following sounds like you:

· University Degree (master or bachelor) with professional data analysis & program management

· 4 years combination of documented experience and skills

· Strong IT knowledge including data analysis tool

· Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)

· Strong organizational and communication skill

· Experience in project area

· Management skills, leading teams to excellent performance

· Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)

· Good working attitude and sense of responsibility

· Fast learner and quick in mastering new areas and complexities

· Self-motivating with a positive attitude

· Work independently and as a member of a team
