Continental Sustainability Auditor in Yang Pu Qu, China
Prepare and conduct sustainability audits world-wide as a lead auditor and follow-up activities with suppliers
Develop suppliers regarding due diligence capabilities in the fields of responsible value chain, related to Sustainability audit findings, in alignment with related functions in Responsible Sourcing and Supplier Sustainability Development; best practice sharing with related functions
Monitor local regulations with respect to Responsible Value Chain world-wide, in alignment with Supplier Sustainability Development Asia on Asian regulations
Document and report all sustainability audit related activities to Supplier Sustainability Development and Responsible Sourcing
Support in the development and update of Sustainability audit related processes in alignment with the Sustainability Audit Coordinator
Investigate and execute Continental internal and external leverage models such as industry-related initiatives
University degree, preferably in sustainability related fields
Minimum of 3 years of professional or academic experiences, preferably in sustainability, quality or human resources
Knowledge of ISO14001, ISO45001 and sustainability audit standards (e. g. SA8000) and experience in auditing preferred
Independent work with strengths in analytical thinking
Very good knowledge of MS Office programs, especially Excel and Teams
Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin; knowledge of other Asian languages desirable.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
High ability to work in a (virtual) team
Intercultural competence
High willingness to travel
