About The OpportunityThe Line Lead is responsible for understanding production work orders, load tags, time sheets and all other relevant documents, palletizing instructions and GMPs. Demonstrate commitment to safety and perform job duties in accordance with company safety policies and procedures Demonstrate commitment to quality and perform job duties in adherence to GMP guidelines Understand department communication systems, schedules, time/attendance system and job reporting requirements Understand computer system and input of data Perform quality checks on products and identify defects Maintain production efficiencies and standards Monitor work at all times Teach others how to read work orders Help employees set up on jobs Maintain good housekeeping in production areas and play an active role in the maintenance and cleanliness of work areas Perform the following job functions in an accurate and efficient manner: packing, palletizing, bundling, stacking, sorting, load tags Perform other duties as assigned by management/supervisors Two companies, one vision.
