ASSA ABLOY are the global leader in Access Solutions. We are looking for Product Support Engineer to join our Digital Access Solutions (DAS) organisation.
What would you do as our Product Support Engineer
As our Product Support Engineer, you would collaborate with our customers and internal / external experts to resolve incidents in our electromechanical & keyless locking solutions and related web applications. Your responsibilities would also include hosting & maintenance related activities for our cloud hosted solution.
You would also be:
Supporting ASSA ABLOY internal teams on 2nd line support function for electromechanical & keyless locking solutions
Maintaining Windows & Linux based hosting environments
Cloud hosting related maintenance, change and monitoring activities
Providing support for selected enterprise customers
Creating technical documentation
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who has:
Previous experience in a support role or equivalent
Capability to work and prioritise tasks under pressure
Windows Server & Microsoft SQL Server knowledge
Basic knowledge on IP networking
Baseline information security knowledge
Additionally, experience or knowledge within cloud hosting on Amazon Web Services, Apache Tomcat or similar web applications, PKI, TLS protocol and Linux would be an advantage.
