- [Provides assessment for admission to Mental Health Day Treatment Program as verified by clinical documentation.]{arial",="" "helvetica",="" sans-serif,="" "deja-sans";="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}
- [Participates in all meetings relevant to Allwell and Mental Health Day Treatment as verified by attendance records and observation by the Day Treatment Manager.]{arial",="" "helvetica",="" sans-serif,="" "deja-sans";="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}

Requirements

- Must possess good organizational and communication skills.
- Must demonstrate good judgment skills.
- Able to utilize basic problem-solving skills.
- Able to resolve crisis situations in the most clinically effective manner.
Must possess a valid Ohio driver license with acceptable driving record.
Education/Experience/Licensure:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of Associate's degree in mental health or social work assistant with two years relevant experience. ::: :::
