Oracle Production Service Developer 1 in ZAPOPAN, Mexico

Job Description

Responsible for our production infrastructure, including the servers and services which support our growing client base as well as designing and implementing highly scalable environments. This Engineer works with other teams in the organization and provides infrastructure solutions for their needs. Understands client systems and applications, networking, infrastructure, data centers, web tools and technologies, databases and Cloud, Big Data, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and more.

Responsibilities

Manage and process the NSIT (NetSuite IT) Operations queue for the NetSuite on NetSuite team and for the largest NetSuite instance in the world: performing system configuration, access management and providing basic support and technical investigations for internal NetSuite users and business processes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the NSIT Operations Queue, working with process owners and end users to ensure they can perform their job functions

  • Provision and deprovision employee roles and permissions, perform data imports and updates, set up dashboards and other configurations

  • Assist in reviewing internal policies, procedures, controls and other operational documentation for internal NSIT systems

  • Ensure the same are properly enforced and are compliant with other audit requirements

  • Work closely with analysts and engineers to deliver projects or perform other ad-hoc tasks

  • Work with senior NetSuite Administrators on administrator tasks

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science or similar degree

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Familiarity with Java or Scripting knowledge, and SQL familiarity preferred
