Continental Plant Management Assistant in Zhangjiagang, China

Responsible for plant monthly KPI update and follow-up.
Organize reports for operation review.
Plant Town hall meeting and Plant workshop organization and management, including recording, following-up and tracking progress of key action
Lead and mange internal/external visits
Act liaison and key interface between management and other members in the site, with proven interpersonal skills.
Partners with site leadership team to ensure the performance of communications generalist activities.
Organize the site events, dialogue, round table, employee communication, star employee nomination, also embody corporate culture in team building activities.
Keep plant poster, video and all visual management in good company image and right messages forward.
Keep right communication and relationship with central functions.
Bachelor degree in English or Business Administration.
2 years working experience in JV or foreign company in similar field.
Highly fluent in Chinese, English or German is a plus.
Good organizational skills & relationship orientated.
Good communication skills & team player.
Good computer skills.
