• Responsible for plant monthly KPI update and follow-up.

• Organize reports for operation review.

• Plant Town hall meeting and Plant workshop organization and management, including recording, following-up and tracking progress of key action

• Lead and mange internal/external visits

• Act liaison and key interface between management and other members in the site, with proven interpersonal skills.

• Partners with site leadership team to ensure the performance of communications generalist activities.

• Organize the site events, dialogue, round table, employee communication, star employee nomination, also embody corporate culture in team building activities.

• Keep plant poster, video and all visual management in good company image and right messages forward.

• Keep right communication and relationship with central functions.

• Bachelor degree in English or Business Administration.

• 2 years working experience in JV or foreign company in similar field.

• Highly fluent in Chinese, English or German is a plus.

• Good organizational skills & relationship orientated.

• Good communication skills & team player.

• Good computer skills.
