In this exciting role you will improve the growth of product(s) in the Immunology (with the focus on Rheumatology) therapeutic area within Switzerland by crafting the Country Value Team’s (CVT) brand strategy, building clear product positioning as well as the development and execution of commercial action plans based on the brand plans to achieve committed business goals with the agreed resources. You will own the cross-functional execution of projects and provide valuable insights and recommendations. Besides a close partnering with the sales team, you will work with colleagues from Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, International Marketing, among others. In addition, you will actively contribute to the EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) and MSM (Mid-Sized Markets) Functional Marketing Networks, representing the local interest, sharing market expertise, standard methodologies and providing insights. You will ensure full compliance with J&J Credo and compliance principles to preserve trust and reputation towards Health Care Professionals and patients using the product(s). You will be part of a fun dynamic team and will report directly to the Business Unit Lead.

Responsibilities:

  • Owning the cross-functional Local Action Team (LAT) ensuring the deployment of the tactical plan and coordination of cross-functional projects.

  • Building and executing local customer engagement plans, developing and maintaining partnerships with external partners and driving external focus to improve competitiveness and drive market leadership and Janssen’s reputation

  • Crafting and implementing campaigns, sales materials and workshops, and market insight generation projects with an innovative Omnichannel approach

  • Planning, monitoring and supervising the performance and forecasting of the respective brand and taking appropriate measures

  • Contributing to the CVT by providing marketing expertise, deep local market insights, customer needs, competitor insights, by engaging local partners, showing ability to response rapidly towards fast paced competition

  • Compilation of overall training plans, and owning the generation and implementation of the commercial training elements

  • Supporting the creation of the local cross-functional business plan from a country perspective

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Life Sciences (BA/BSc or equivalent)

  • Minimum 3-5 years of significant professional experience

  • Proven track record of accomplishments in pharmaceutical sales and/or marketing

  • Solid understanding of the Healthcare environment and pharmaceutical industry

  • Digital and Omnichannel experience seen as advantage

  • Capabilities to forge tight-knit teamwork and to lead a cross-functional team; Powerful in building partnerships

  • Confirmed Project Management skills

  • Proficiency in German and English required, French considered an advantage

  • Strong eye for business and results-oriented personality

  • Positive dissatisfaction and aspiration to beat the odds
