Your new responsibilities

• Analyze current testing processes and practices and drive improvements in a key project portfolio in the environment of building automation

• Define an effective quality assurance strategy that is aligned with the business and quality goals

• Create and implement manual and automated tests for both functional and non-functional requirements

• Promote the use of test automation and test-driven development approaches

• Manage the design and continuous improvement of test automation frameworks and test environments

• Ensure testability of requirements, collaborate with software and system architects, and carry out traceability and transparency throughout the development lifecycle

Your talents and experience

• A master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering, or equivalent experience

• More than 2 years of experience in software testing, including outstanding knowledge of testing processes, methodologies, and tools

• Experience in test architecture, or a strong interest in developing skills for a test architect role

• Experience with continuous delivery pipelines such as GitLab CI/CD to deliver high-quality software

• Knowledge of building technologies protocols like BACnet and general network protocols

• Proven experience in UI and API test automation architectures (using C# and JavaScript)

• Excellent organization, time management, and interpersonal skills

• Experience with agile development processes

• Very good English skills (written and spoken) are a must, German skills are beneficial
