Job Description

• Creates and maintains a 24 months inventory plan for assigned product families aligned to business strategies, financial and throughput plans, capacity constraints and inventory targets, supporting annual & quarterly Plan/LBE and monthly S&OP processes

• Facilitates New Products and Services introductions by creating Supply Plans to the Network

• Performs active stakeholder management within and outside the organization; AbbVie manufacturing plants and third-party suppliers

• Daily contact with assigned plants across the globe to coordinate the supply of finished goods, bulk or API

• Ensure timely delivery of products, based on capacity plans, lead times, purchases and order size

• Makes sure that production and shipping schedules are aligned

Qualifications

• Bachelor level required (Master level preferred) preferably in Operations, Supply Chain or Business Management

• Must be experienced with Advanced Planning Systems (SAP-APO, JDA)

• Be a team player with focus on improvement and a strong drive for results

• Must possess excellent helicopter view and analytical skills

• Excellent written and oral English communication skills are required

• Excellent organizational skills are required

• Proven strong problem solving, negotiation and conflict resolution skills

• Persistent and resilient when confronted with obstacles and resolves issues in a timely manner

• You have a right to work in the Netherlands (no sponsorship offered) and live at reasonable distance from our Zwolle office (hybrid working model).
